Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date your order is placed. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, package, and fulfill each order with care.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, we will communicate any delays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Shipping transit times are separate from our processing timeframe.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
